What did I say about… Vista?

Well, yesterday I said I’m not going with Vista… but another day came, and I had to realise that my Windows XP installation died after just one day due to some driver conflict…
Now the question was whether to try to fix this, or to do a clean re-install… So I decided to give Vista a go.
Now lets see what the next day will have for surprises for me… (I hope none as I still have to do the Short Reviews update…)

Just 4 words : give linux a chance !
It’s not perfect, but a lot of problems will be disappear. Try Ubuntu Studio for example, it’s a user friendly system, ready for sounds, with all the apps you need !
Vista is defected by design, especially for sound & video, due to the will to impose DRM…

Thanks, might indeed be worth considering. But will have to check first if there is an equivalent to all the stuff I use under Windows…
