It has been a while since I shared some thoughts and news with you... so here we go:
- WMC 2011: I decided to skip this year after I was kind of disappointed of last year. Lets hope the changes they make to the conference this year will bring it back where it was before - maybe one day I'll attend again...
- Direction of "Spirit of House": I will continue to keep the focus on soulful vocal house, I will also try to include more classics from back in the day to bring those good old memories back...
- Promo Submissions: Please make sure you only send high quality files as otherwise the submission will not be considered for review. Surely this isn't a problem for the majority of those people sending me promos (thanks a lot to all of you - you know who you are), but there are a few that send low quality files...
- Use of my reviews: I wanted to remind everyone who is using my reviews for any type of activity (e.g. quotes, mail outs, promotional texts) that a reference such as "Written by Mike Fossati for Spirit of House (www.spiritofhouse.com)" must be added. Thanks to all of you who did do this last year, it is truly appreciated.
