In previous years, the Defected party always was a not-to-be-missed event - and there will be no difference this year as they return with their most ambitious project yet: a daylong showcase where they will present their major artists and releases for 2006 to over 5'000 people. The choosen place is Nikki Beach, a beautiful beachside outdoor venue. Some of the best international DJ's in the world including Danny Krivit, Martin Solveig, Bob Sinclar, Dimitri from Paris, Sandy Rivera and Joey Negro can be heard at the event, with live PA's throughout the day and night from the likes of Blaze, Lee Fields ("Jealousy", "I’m a good man" and "Everybody"), the soul and acid jazz diva Monique Bingham, and the legendary Barbara Tucker who will host the event and perform the soon to be re-released Blaze featuring Barbara Tucker "Most precious love". Shovel will be on hand all day delivering a fitting Cuban vibe on percussion.
"Defected In the House - Miami" mixed by Simon Dunmore will celebrate the sound of the Miami Winter Music Conference, including a carefully prepared track selection that provides a mixture of the freshest and newest cuts that will dominate in Miami.

This year, the Winter Music Conference takes place from March 24 to March 28 at the Wyndham Resort in Miami Beach, USA. The M3 Summit takes place from March 22 to March 26 in Miami Beach as well.
Michael Fossati will arrive in Miami in the evening of March 20. He will leave Miami on March 30 and fly to Toronto/Canada for an exclusive DJ set on April 1st at the Winter Music Conference Edition 2006 party - more info can be found here.
