Next up on Tribe Records is a blazin' hot two track release by South Africa's Echo 12 Inch. The title track "Movin'" (previously released through 12Inch Entertainment, a small label based in South Africa) is an utterly mesmerizing yet soulful afro-deep jewel using gentle yet relentless ethnic drummatic rhythms as playground for lovely guitars, ethereal melodies and tempting vocals by Teezy. The second track "Sensual" is a downright hypnotizing afro-tribal thumper laced with tantalizing synth melodies and Teezy's unique vocals.

DJ/producer Shino Blackk is most definitely on fire, delivering three equally brilliant soulful yet thrilling four-to-the-floor re-imaginations of very well known songs: "Jahraymecofasola" by Jill Scott from her "Woman" album, "Can't turn around" by The Foreign Exchange featuring Gwen Bunn from their "Love in flying colors" album, and last but not least "Promise of you" by Janet Jackson from here "Unbreakable" album. In June of this year, HSR Records unleashed the uber soulful "Soulmate" by Alex Politi and singer Josiah Ruff complete with a superb remix by Soulbridge, in August a deeper interpretation by Domenico Albanese followed. Hot of the press comes this superb soul/funk infused rendition by Guido P who fuses the the amazing heartfelt vocal stylings of Josiah Ruff with sweet guitars, gorgeous keys, classy horns and mercilessly pulsating rhythms.

South Africa's Enoo Napa is best known for his phenomenal remix of Jackie Queens "Conqueror", with his debut release on Iklwa Brothers Music he presents a dazzling truly eclectic EP loaded with four splendiferous deep house production. In other words, this is top-notch unadulterated underground-esque deep house music from the motherland by no means to be missed...
Deep House Pick #2: Vandal M "Auto Manual EP" (Ohyea Muziq CD Promo)
Courtesy of Vandal M aka Mondli Skosana comes another mind-boggling deep house release entitled "Auto Manual EP". Three tracks are featured on this slamming EP, two of which are on the darker side of the spectrum, with the third one being a on laidback late night tip. Make no mistake, each of the tracks is guaranteed to send the floor into a frenzy thanks to mesmerizing melodies and compelling rhythms.
Traxx Pick: Paolo Pavan "Pablito's way" (Cabana Recordings CD Promo)
Cabana Recordings grace us with two superb re-imaginations of Paolo Pavan's masterly "Pablito's way" (from his album "Looking for a way out"). First up, label head Justin Imperiale contributes a dulcet yet lively percussive rendition combining the unmistakable piano by Paolo Pavan with grand bass, horns and moog solo by Max Paparella, next we have Max Marinacci whose impellent yet smooth'n'organic four-to-the-floor interpretation is sheer musical bliss.
