Available now exclusively on vinyl is this phenomenal and truly eclectic five track simpler of Harold Matthew's Jr's forthcoming full length album "Peripheral vision". First up is "Deep into my sleep" (a collaboration with Black Sonix) laced with Harold's sublime spoken words, lush keys and intriguing afro tinged rhythms. Next is "Put your hands together" (a collaboration with DJ Fill) oozing with uber cool vocals, enthralling analog rhythms and hypnotic synths is a nod to classic Chicago house. "Into you" is a mellifluous slice of soulful goodness featuring guest vocalist Dawn Williams, "Pause" (a collaboration with DJ Fill) is an ingenious broken beat flavored hip hop track featuring guest vocalist Syl Messi, and finally there is the title track a classy laidback hip hop production featuring Nickel Slick. Ever since, the track has become a bona fide house music classic, with countless remixes released over the years. Now NiteGrooves Records present a truly fabulous re-imagination by French afro house maestro Manoo whose eleven minute extravaganza is smooth and melodious yet downright hypnotizing, with thrilling rhythms leading the way for enchanting chord progressions, sublime jazzy keys and Gaelle Adisson's amazing vocals. Also included are Kunijuki's incredible jazz re-interpretation (dubbed the 'Sugar Love Mix') and the acapella originally released back in the day.

Coming soon to BBE Music is "Saturday night special" by Jazzanova, the second single taken from the album "Strata Records - The Sound of Detroit - Reimagined by Jazzanova’. "Saturday night special" was originally recorded by The Lyman Woodard Organization back in 1975, now Jazzanova have reimagined this jazz-funk masterpiece and present their own truly ingenious take of the song. The cherry on top are the phenomenal remixes by Kai Alce who contributes a mind-blowing jazz/funk soaked soulful house extravaganza, and DJ Amir & Re.decay whose towering low-slung rework of the Jazzanova version is sheer musical bliss. The fabulous original version by The Lyman Woodard Organization is also included in the package.

With the plethora of new releases every week, you may have missed out on this awe-inspiring production available since mid December on Super Culture. "Dangerous tribe" is best described as a downright hypnotizing fusion of psychedelic soul with afro percussion and a dubbed-up funk soaked groove. The remixes are courtesy of Shannon Harris who contributes both an ingenious afro-beat rendition which introduces extra spoken words from Stacey Gibson and psychedelic keys by Kishon Khan, and an enthralling tribalesque afro house rework.
