Back in June 2015, Steal Vybe (Chris Forman & Damon Bennett) blessed us with the "Past, Present, Future EP" which offered three equally towering collaborations with songstress Monday Michiru. "Cast in your spell", our favorite track from the EP, returns in stellar remixes by AMFlow (Adam Rios & Mark Lewis) who inject their signature soulful truly melodious yet tantalizing touch, quite simply taking the track to the next level.

In summer of 213, Italy's Souldynamic (Luca Ciotoli & Stefano De Magistris) gave us "In the air", a sun-drenched musical gem oozing with the inimitable sultry vocals of house music diva Dawn Tallman. Now this wonderful song returns in dazzling new interpretations by Kyle Kim who delivers a vibrant verily inspiring interpretation and by Masaki Morii who serves a glorious classic rendition. Also included is the thrilling afro-deep 'Souldynamic Joburg Mix' from the original 2013 release.

FAM Disco featuring Andrea Smith "Reaching for the stars" (HSR Records Promo)

The trio of Paolo Fedreghini, Massimo Anelli and Max Montorio, collectively known as FAM Disco, team up with singer Andrea Smith for "Reaching for the stars", to cut right to the chase they truly grace us with a phantasmagorical slice of disco/soul/funk infused goodness that combines Andrea Smith incomparable passionate vocals with delectable keys, heavenly chords and a contaminous organic backdrop.

Collective Souls Project featuring Lazarus "So amazing" (KingStreet Records Promo)

Collective Souls Project (CSP) is a recently formed collaborative project involving Blackpool DJ/production trio Andy Edit, Davos and Barrie Jay. To make it short, their inaugural release "So amazing" is an uplifting soulful production laced with the unmistakable vocals of Lazarus, celestial synth melodies and an infectious organic backing. On remix duty is Groove Assassin whose lively truly soulful interpretation is sure to jam-pack the dance floor.

Blast from the Past: Soul Vision "Lowdown" (4 to the Floor Records Promo)

4 to the Floor Records continue to bring back house music classics from yesteryear, this time around they revive "Lowdown" by Soul Vision which was jointly released on Deep Vision Records and Bassclef Records in 1999 (the imprints of respective Soul Vision members Sandy Rivera and Jose Burgos). This cracking track is a remake of the unforgettable Boz Scaggs classic which features gorgeous rendition of the lyrics by Jaquita May Perkins and warm melodic keys over a captivating groovey backdrop.

Blast from the Past: Krystal Davis "So smooth" (Glitterbox Recordings Promo)

Turn back the clock to 1985 when Urban Rock Records (an independent New York based predominately Hip Hop label) released "So smooth" by Krystal Davis, an uber cool mid-tempo disco/boogie track that peaked at number nine on the Billboard Hot Dance Singles Sales chart. Glitterbox Recordings bring this classic back to the dance floor, with their 12" vinyl release featuring the original vocal and instrumental versions alongside a wicked Yam Who? interpretation enriched with blissed out synths, and a contemporary nu-disco workout by Kon, with both Yam Who? and Kon staying faithful to the original.

Yasin Bt "Momma & poppa" (Mantree Records Promo)

Next up on Mantree Records is "Momma & poppa" written by Yasin Bt in memory of Rasmir Mantree's (Vernon Thomas) parents Payton & Esther Thomas. The Rasmir Mantree produced blues influenced "Momma & poppa" is truly something special, with Yasin Bt's one-of-a-kind vocals being accompanied by grand jazzy keys, luxurious chords and smooth yet inexorable rhythms.

Olive Jean Love & Luis Machuca featuring Carrie Gibson "The time has come" (Friskybeat Records Promo)

The latest offering from Friskybeat Records is "The time has come" by Olive Jean Love, Luis Machuca and Carrie Gibson, a bodacious soul infused gem using a gently thumpin' backing as foundation for luscious keys by Max Zipursky, the unique spoken words by Olive Jean Love and the wonderful powerhouse vocals of Carrie Gibson. The 'Machucambo Mix' introduces compelling percussive rhythms and entrancing synth melodies to give the track an inebriant feel, and from Soledrifter comes an utterly mesmerizing deep house rendition.
