Exclusive Preview: Mustafa "Sao Salvador" (Stalwart Records CD Promo)
|It has taken a while, but finally Mustafa's "Sao Salvador" gets a full release through Stalwart Records. Originally featured on his album "Ginga Brasileira" in a beautiful 'Afro House Mix', this release bring together remixes from UPZ (previously available through compilations on soWHAT Records), Deep Josh and Mustafa himself. The marvelously instrumentated 'UPZ soWHAT Mix' is laidback and groovy, whit the 'UPZ soWHAT Dub' fortifying the groove for serious dance floor heat. Deep Josh's dub is peak time heaven thanks to fierce synths and a contagious backdrop, while Mustafa's 'Deep' mixes take you on a journey through mellow deep house. A masterful reprise completes the package.|
Exclusive Preview: DJ Hypnosis featuring Nickson & Amera Light "Make me love you" (Consortium Muzik Records CD Promo)
Once again, Consortium Muzik deliver pure musical bliss, this time courtesy of DJ Hypnosis who presents the delightful "Make me love you" featuring heartfelt vocals by Nickson alongside luscious keys and chords over a super smooth backing. As if that would not be enough, there is an alternate version featuring different lyrics performed by Amera Light that is equally as fascinating. The remixes are courtesy of ChrisIDH who combines Nickson's vocals with a grand piano and a warm organic groove to give the song a classic touch. Miss it at your own risk.
Sky Blue "Happily ever after" (Aqua Sol Records CD Promo)
"Happily every after" is only the third release for Aqua Sol Records, but the label has already become one of our favorites. This production by Jersey Soul (Big Logan & DJ Suede) is garage at its best and features deeply felt vocals written and performed by Sheba 'Sky Blue' Jordan alongside lush chords and jazzy keys over a deeply thumpin' backing. Tony Loreto enters deepest grounds with his remix built around a stormin' groove and celestial synth melodies, while DJED injects funky flavas and infectious keys to get deep and groovy. Rasmir Mantree contributes a truly contaminous funked-up dub fueled with phat keys over a relentless percussive groove.
Pingo & Bobby feat Kaysee "Glorious" (Sounds of the Booth Records CD Promo)
With "Glorious", Pingo & Bobby (Stefan Jakobsson and Karloskar Andréasson) present an uplifting gospel stomper featuring outstanding vocals by the highly talented Kaysee alongside a killer piano over an infectious funk soaked backdrop. Morten Trust turns the track into a modern Disco stomper loaded with delicious keys, while Marco Fernandez and Dani Sandoval deepen the vibe on their chunky yet smooth and melodic remix. Lastly there Alfredo Norese's energetic rework that takes the track to the main room.

Exclusive Preview: Leela James "Simply beautiful" (CJ Gioivanni Edit)(CD-R)
We are proud to present you two beautiful booty edits. First up is "Apologize" by Luther Vandross, lifted from his 2003 long player "Dance with my father". A lovely ballad in its original form, the song gets transformed into a fiercely stompin' 4/4 affair by Mark Jordan sure to please all soulful heads. Next is CJ Gioivanni's take on Leela James' "Simply beautiful" (a cover of the Al Green classic) from her 2009 "Let's do it again" album that is given a deep yet smoothly thumpin' makeover that stays respectful to the original.
Daltonic "Kiss of rain" (Launch Entertainment Records CD Promo)
Daltonic are producer/remixer Mark Alston and Russian born singer/songwriter Polina who present the summery "Kiss of rain" featuring catchy vocals by Polina and a feel good piano over a warm latinesque groove. The remixes are courtesy of Conan Liquid whose 'Vocal Mix' is an absolutely irresistible dance floor anthem built around a stormin' backing, phat synths and killer piano riff. The 'Drums of Doom Vocal' is a tribal-ish monster for the big rooms, while the thumpin' 'Dubb Mix' is deep and groovy and features wicked chords and sax.
Junior White DJ featuring Noelle "It's calling you" (Remixes)(Next Dimension Music Records CD Promo)
Last year in May, Next Dimension Music released the original package of Junior White DJ's "It's calling you" featuring soothing vocals by Noelle. About to drop soon is the sequel in form of four brand new remixes, with Junior White himself contributing a spaced-out dub mix, followed by Maji's Afro-Jazz flavored workout. DiscaL's version is a sophisticated Jazz oozing nu-groove interpretation, with Rick Felix' sensually silky deep mix completing the package.

Fabio Tosti teams up with Francesco Tarantini to present the aptly titled peak time favorite "The underground" which features cool spoken words and catchy synth hooks over a remorseless groove. The 'Concept Mix' is on an old school tip, making use of a heavy backdrop as playground for the synths and chords. The percussive 'Alternate Concept Mix' relaxes the vibe, while the 'Beat Da Bass Edit' drops the synths and chords to put the vocals, percussion and beats center stage.
Danny J Lewis "Red light" (Enzyme Black Records CD Promo)
With "Red light", Danny J Lewis returns to the deep, tracky sound he made a name for in the 90's.
