A couple of weeks ago, POJI Records released DJ Oji's (bootleg) re-imagination of Toto's 1982 soft rock classic "Africa" through their Bandcamp store, now the track hits the major digital music stores in slightly revamped revisions. "Africa rain" stays true and respectful to the spirit of the original yet transforms the song into an utterly fervid four-tot-the-floor affair laced with irresistible percussive rhythms and wicked synths by Richard Payton of 95 North.
