Steal Vybe & Leslie Carter - I got you Hot on the heels of their recent underground smash hit "Track to the music / The hybrid" comes the next bomb from Steal Vybe, a collaboration with Leslie Carter. The compelling "I got you" is deeper than deep and loaded with gorgeous vocals and glorious melodies created by phat synths and lush keys, perfectly arranged over an infectious yet soulful groove. The 'We love the Soul Reprise' relaxes the vibe to give the track a beautiful laidback feel.

Imaani Brown blesses us with the versatile "Soul Cypher EP" which includes four truly deep and contagious productions. The driving yet melodious "Chocolate for my baby", the percussive tech-soul thumper "Cool cat", the laidback tribal-esque "Soul cipher" and the hypnotizing "The essence" all tell use one thing: this is the future of deep house.

A few months after blessing us with their last sampler, Liberate Records come up with the 3rd installment in the series, presenting a great five track selection of things to come. "Hollow" by Eman & Doc Link creates a hypnotic feel through the insistent groove and emotive spoken words, while "Relax" by Rainy Payne & Doc Link features wonderful sexy poetry over pulsating rhythms. DJN Project's melancholic "Lead the way" is included in Walter Stallworth's 'Avondale Muzick Mix', a sublime deep house interpretation. Next is the energetic "Soul Deep" by Ralph Session featuring sultry vocals by Kat S. over a kickin' groove. Lastly, Angel-A & Doc Link present "La, la", a late night favorite featuring catchy vocals over a melodious ¨backdrop.

Mustafa & Sunlightsquare featuring Flexie Muiso "Feel the real" (Staff Productions CD Promo)

"Feel the real", one of the standout tracks on this years "WMC Sampler Miami 2010" by Mustafa, is a collaboration with Sunlightsquare and singer Flexie Muiso (for those that don't know, its a cover of the 1979 classic from David Bendeth - maybe you remember the 2000 remixes by Jazz'N'Groove). This modern interpretation is an uplifting affair featuring grand keys and heartfelt vocals, coming complete with massive remixes by Shane D, Rafael Yapudjian meets RyB, Frisco, Rafix & David Mateo and Sunlightsquare. All the remixes keep the spirit of the original alive while giving you plenty of choices for play.

The Realm featuring Choklate "I'll let it" (Papa Records CD Promo)

A few months back we were celebrating Choklate's wonderful "The tea", now she joins forces with The Realm (Oli Lazarus, Toni Economides and Pete Kuzma) on "I'll let it", an electrifying and fresh production built around a soulful percussive groove, with Choklate's outstanding vocals being accompanied by fantastic keys.

The Grooveblaster "Angie Dickinson" (3345 Music Records CD Promo)

Here we've got something a little bit different as 3345 Music presents The Grooveblaster and his ode to classic American actress Angie Dickinson. The original is a marvelous soul laced jazz-funk production on a down tempo tip. Moodswinger delivers an uber cool hip-hop inspired version, while ThreeC turns the heat up with a phat break beat groove on his 'Old School Acid Jazz Mix'. Lastly, DJ Spinna injects the song with his distinctive sounds and melodious - the result can only be described as extraordinary yet spiritual and timeless.

Junior White and songstress Noelle continue their fruitful collaboration with "Only in my mind", a beautiful production featuring soothing vocals and melodic keys over a laidback backdrop in the original version. The remixes from Aphreme, Maji, Kat la kat and Mindlo & Essential I take the track to the next level, with each of them adding a different touch.

Jay-J featuring Big Brooklyn Red "Into the light" (Remixes Part 1)(Shifted Music Records CD Promo)

"Into the light" is lifted from Jay-J's highly acclaimed "Love alive" album and features the charismatic Big Brooklyn Red how impresses with a stunning uplifting vocal performance. Australia's Nathan G serves a fiercely thumpin' yet smooth reworking featuring wicked synths, followed by Joshua Heath who pulls out all the stops on his contagious funk soaked mixes.
