RescuePoetix "Blame it on the music" (The DJ Punch & Max Martinez Remixes)(CyberJamz Records CD Promo)

In March of last ear, CyberJamz Records dropped "Blame it on the music" by RescuePoetix, now this marvelous spoken word gem returns in fresh truly massive remixes by DJ Punch and Max Martinez. First up, DJ Punch combines the unmistakable spoken word poetry by RescuePoetix with a killer organ, luscious keys and and utterly infectious percussive funk soaked backdrop inspired by the legendary "Theme of Shaft" - jam-packed floors guaranteed. Next we have Max Martinez' glorious deep house rework oozing with exquisite keys and deeply pulsating rhythms.

DJ Sdumo "Deep inversion" (Purebliss Recordings CD Promo)

We proudly introduce you to up and coming South African DJ/producer DJ Sdumo who blesses us with the fantastic "Deep inversion" EP featuring talented vocalist Mandla and instrumentalists Njabu and Pontsho. The EP is loaded with three equally stunning tracks: there are the two glamorous instrumental productions "Sunday blues" and "Into your soul" oozing with entrancing jazzed-up melodies and soothing yet captivating rhythms, and the wonderful "This is my love" featuring Mandla's deeply felt vocals alongside sublime jazzy piano and inebriant chords over an intoxicating deeply groovin' backing.

Two Kings featuring The Queen "Say yes" (Purple Music CD Promo)

"Say yes" by Two Kings (aka Jamie Lewis and Fabulous Keys) and The Queen (aka Tanja Dankner) is just what the doctor ordered when you're looking for a feel-good dance floor bomb... The funky as hell backing groove coupled with classy horns, phat keys and uber cool utterly infectious vocals by Tanja Dankner make "Say yes" a sure-fire dance floor weapon that will send the crowd into a frenzy. Watch out for a full length album to be released beginning of 2015.

Traxx Pick: DJ Ermi "Attic" (Inspires Records CD Promo)

Italy's DJ Ermi returns to Spirit of House with "Attic", and not many words are needed to describe this phantasmagorical instrumental gem guaranteed to put a spell on you. A stirring yet dulcet percussive backdrop leads the way for enchanting keys and a truly charming jazzed-up flute, altogether spreading an uplifting groovey feel guaranteed to make you yearn for more. Deep House Pick: Jordan O'Regan "No Strings EP" (Seamless Soul CD Promo)

Seamless Soul have a beauty in their with the "No Strings EP" by Bristol based Jordan O'Regan. Three fresh original productions are featured on this mind-boggling EP, all of which are heavily inspired by mid-90's underground garage sound. Quite simply, the old school infused bouncy rhythms, cleverly used vocal snippets and enticing keys and chords are guaranteed to cause a stir on the dance floor... Also included is a wicked Balls Deep (Dan Jefferies) remix of "You" giving the track a more modern deep house feel.

Bootleg Pick: Glenn Lewis "Closer" (Rancido's Traveling Soul Mix)(CD-R)

The marvelous r&b/soul gem "Closer" is our favorite song from Glenn Lewis long player "Moment of truth" released in October of last year. Rancido has added his magic touch to the song, and the result is truly amazing... His soul oozing re-imagination stays true and respectful to the original, with Glenn Lewis incomparable emotive vocals harmonizing perfectly with the seductive synth melodies and gentle yet enthralling rhythms - sheer musical bliss...
