|Suges returns to Iwanai in a triumphant way, teaming up with singer Michael David Dyson for "I'll be there", a wonderful production on a laidback organic tip on the 'Classic Mix' which oozes with lush synths, sweet guitar and outstanding vocals. The old skool tinged 'Steampunk Mix' goes deeper and features beautiful atmospheric melodies over a truly deep backing. The remixes are courtesy of Guy Robin who gives the track a more clubby edge, with a powered up groove leading the way for irresistible synths and the vocals.|
Andy Holder featuring An-Tonic "Pleasure dome" (Nuwavonic Remixes)(Guess Records CD Promo)
Guess Records present brand new remixes of their "Pleasure dome" smash by Andy Holder and An-Tonic. This feel good anthem gets reworked by Andy Holder himself who uses a resistless yet smooth afro tinged tribal groove as base for jazzy keys and rhodes, haunting saxophone and the uplifting spoken words by An-Tonic. Vocal, dub and edit versions are included as well a slammin' Richard Earnshaw edit of the original 'Deep Dub' and the full acapella.

There ain't no stoppin' for Joe Rizla at the moment as he unleashes two new bombs set to take dance floors by storm. First we have "Afro latin rhyme" coming in four tasty flavors of relentless afro tribal rhythms, fueled with sweet percussion, wicked African vocals, warm synth melodies and jazzy keys. Also featured on this release is "Tubaco" by Marcelo Cruz, a smooth and deep afro groover oozing with beautiful melodies. Next is "Natural Rhythm" featuring "Oh", a deep mellow track with a jazzy touch on the 'Laid back Mix', while the funktified 'Tribal ACord Mix' intensifies the vibe with an energetic tribal groove. "Musica" is a wonderful jazzed-up production featuring gorgeous saxophone and keys over a smooth percussion enriched groove bringing the sun to your heart.

Said Adelekan' FatSouls labels presents their first release for 2009 courtesy of Mr. Raoul K, a German-based producer from the Ivory Coast, West Africa. "Sun of gao" is a mesmerizing affair taking you on a journey into the deepest imaginable afro-tech grounds, with contaminous tribal elements leading the way for a beautiful guitar and phat chord progressions on the 'City Mix', while the 'Village Mix' goes even deeper and is on a dreamier, slightly dark tip.

"Give me your trust" is the debut single for The Layabouts on Papa Records - and what a gem this is !! Featuring a passionate vocal by Yvonne, "Give me your trust" is a vibrant yet soulful production enriched with a killer guitar hook and infectious synth melodies. The remixes are courtesy of Mr. V who relaxes the vibe on his deep'n'soulful interpretation full of wonderful jazzy melodies, while Werner Niedermeier adds a techy touch while keeping the feel deep.

Originally released in 1996, this Al Mack production featuring the legendary Evelyn 'Champagne' King on vocals gets reworked by Sean McCabe who uses a groovy, funk drenched backdrop as playground for the heartfelt vocals, sweet guitar and lush melodic keys. The thumpin' dubs go deeper, spreading a more underground-ish feel. The final release will also include selected mixes from the original 1996 release.
Haldo featuring Loryn "Be back" (Gotta Keep Faith Records CD Promo)
On "Be back", Italian producer and DJ Aldo 'Haldo' Carpanzano teams up with Loryn who provides an outstanding vocal performance. The original version is soulful yet full of energy, with phat keys accompanying the vocals, while the 'Minimal Mix' smoothes the vibe down for a beautiful laidback affair. Lots of remixes included, with OGC serving a soulful funk drenched rework, followed by Greg Stainer, Dee C'Rell and Marlon Sadler who all contribute lovely deep house versions, and finally Arnaud D and Steve Frisco who both deliver mixes that work best in the bigger rooms.
Cookie Monsterz & DJ Roland Clark "Spirits" (Floor Jams Records CD Promo)
The Cookie Monsterz return with "Spirits", a collaboration with the ever busy Roland Clark who yet again delivers an outstanding spoken word vocal over a deeply rumblin' groove that is enriched with thrilling synths and chords. Conan Liquid's remixes go deeper and give the track a hypnotic tech-house feel, while Hideo Kobayashi reworks the track into an atmospheric, slightly dark deep house stomper.
