As usual, we bring you only the best in soulful vocal house music... enjoy !!

DJ Le Baron featuring Heidi Vogel "Show me the way" (Part1)(Deeptown Music CD Promo)

"Show me the way" marks the return of DJ Le Baron to Deeptown Music, teaming up with UK based songstress Heidi Vogel to present a beautiful soulful production using a funk soaked backdrop as playground for jazzy keys and heartfelt vocals by Heidi Vogel. Shane D turns up the heat with massive strings and piano on his energetic prime time favorite, while BBwhite blesses us with a truly soulful laidback interpretation. Last but not least, MoD & Staffan Thorsell deliver a fierce old school flavored version laced with grand keys and chords.

DeepCitySoul & DJ Romain "NY 2 UK" (Solid Ground Records CD Promo)

Back in November of last year, we exclusively reviewed this this gem, now it has been picked up by Solid Ground Records. Deep City Soul (Matt Mckillop & Owen Taylor) join forces with DJ Romain on "NY 2 UK", a sure fire underground anthem built around a remorselessly thumpin backdrop, phat keys and uber cool vocals by DJ Romain. DeepCitySoul rework the track into a bumpin' affair laced with lush keys, while DJ Romain's fiery remix samples Carl Bean's legendary 1977 classic "I was born this way" to full effect. Finally, we have Doc Link adding his distinctive touch to the track, rounding off the package nicely.

Lalah Hathaway "My everything" (Wil Milton's Power Line New Jersey House Mix)(CD-R)

A fortnight ago we introduced you to the Hippie Torrales & David Benus interpretation of Lalah Hathaway's beautiful "My everything" (lifted from her current long player "Where it all begins"), this week we have a celestial rendition by Wil Milton who combines Lalah Hathaway's unmistakable vocals with his signature soulful yet infectious rhythms and paramount keyboard wizardry.

Soulfeenix "Soulfeenix EP" (Xtrasolar Records CD Promo)

Singer, producer, multi-instrumentalist and remixer Soulfeenix presents a marvelous release with the "Soulfeenix EP" which includes three equally great productions, with all instruments and vocals performed by Soulfeenix himself (with a special guest appearance by saxophone player Ramon Riera on "Secret girl"). Each of the tracks features a masterly orchestration and oozes with a blissful soul/jazz/funk/house feel guaranteed to make you yearn for more.

Exclusive Preview: Mary J. Blige "You want this" (Hgm & Soul'n'Vibes Remix)(CD-R)
