New Defected Releases

Defected Records have some hot releases ready to drop soon:

• Defected D-Fused & Digital - the first Defected digital compilaton and mix, to be complemented by a limited edition double-CD
• Eivissa 06 - a sun-drenched collection of latin rhythms and global grooves - the balearic sound of Ibiza.

They also just started promotion for the remixes of "The way you love me" by Ron Hall & The Muthafunkaz featuring Marc Evans. The package includes the massive Dimitri from Paris remix, a fantastic Tom Moulton re-edit, and brand new mixes by David Penn and Sergio Flores. Also included is the classic original version.

DEFECTED D-FUSED & DIGITAL (Release Date: May 15, 2006)

Defected get digital with their first ever downloadable compilation and mix that features forthcoming tracks, recent club hits and classics from the labels catalogue. Accompanying the digital release will be a limited edition double-CD. Compiled and mixed by Defected resident DJ Andy Daniell, this release features the much sought after Dimitri from Paris remix of "The way you love" by Ron Hall & The MuthaFunkaz featuring Marc Evans, Kathy Brown's cover of the Chantal Curtis classic "Get another love",  "He is" by Copyright feauring Song Williamson and many more. The digital release will be available as a full length twelve track bundle which comes complete with the continuous mix, and as individual track download for those with particular favourites.

Eivissa 06 (Release Date: May 29, 2006)

With "Eivissa 06", Defected present a sun drenched collection of latin rhythms and global grooves - the balearic sound of Ibiza, mixed by Simon Dunmore over two discs. Included in the package is a bonus CD of balearic classics mixed by DJ Pippi. Being the years first Ibiza compilation, it is a pretty sophisticated collection of classics and upfront tracks that are supposed to be big on the island this year. A collection that will perfectly take you into the summer of 2006.
