Bobby D'Ambrosio featuring Kelli Sae "Love forever more, Amen" (SoulFuric Records CD Promo)
Finally the full package of this wonderful production by Bobby D'Ambrosio that features a passionate vocal by Kelli Sae has arrived. Bobby's vocal version is pure class, coming your way on a smooth yet fierce tip that is oozing with its soul-jazz flavors. Swiss rising stars Fabulous & Jones serve an uplifting interpretation full of classy strings and lovely chords over a funk fused groove, while Marlon D contributes a deeply rumblin', dubby reworking that has got an irresistible kick that will hypnotize the dance floors within seconds (a beats version for the DJ's pleasure is included to). Brian Tappert and Eddie Perez (of Smack fame) team up for the 'B & E Save Our Soul Dub', a groove and relentless take that makes use of lush keys to create a mesmerizing vibe. Finally the 'B & B Prime Time Dub' features infectious synths (somewhat reminiscent of the old Farley & Heller sound) over a relentlessly stompin' groove, making it a peak time essential.
Shawn Christopher "Don't loose the magic" (Bargrooves Records CD Promo)
In 1992, when House Music was taking over the Billboard charts week after week, the Mike 'Hitman' Wilson produced "Don't loose the magic" by Shawn Christopher became an instant timeless classic thanks to the remixes by Todd Terry and David Morales. Now in 2008, new remixes of this classic are released, with the Cube Guys contributing out a tribalistic big room reworking, while Baggi Begovic & Soul Conspiracy turn out a groove soulful reworking. Also included are the 2004 re-edit by Bobby Blanco and David Morales' remixes from 1992.

Funktrain featuring Nica Brooke "Sweetly" (ReelGroove Records CD Promo)
Funktrain is a project by DJ Fopp who teams up with Nica Brooke who provides a passionate vocal performance on "Sweetly". Vincent Valler contributes a beautiful melodic mix on a mellow tip perfect for lounging and chilling, while Alfred Azzetto goes deep on his remix that features wicked electrofied synths. Liquid Breeze (Greg Dorban & Rob Hayes) turn the track into a laidback groover with a jazzy touch, while RyB serve a smooth Latin interpretation which has got a sweet tribal feel to it. Next is Rodrigo Ferrari with his bumpy reworking on an old-school tip, before DJ Fopp closes the package with his energetic, electrofied version.
Orlando Vaughan "Better than never" (Remixes)(Duffnote Records CD Promo)
Duffnote present a massive remix package to last years smash "Better than never" that is produced by Richard Earnshaw and features a stunning vocal performance by Orlando Vaughan. Miguel Migs is first, giving the track his trademark, west coast flavored Salted touch that is guaranteed to rock dance floors. Richard Earnshaw himself who is turning things around for a smooth yet powerful Latin flavored interpretation. Next is Jon Silva's deeply thumpin' reworking that features wicked synths, followed by his rather unique but cool 'Radio Edit' which is a bass heavy affair. Lastly there is Australia's Tony Vass with his big room orientated remix.

Many of those that had the pleasure to witness the live performance of Steal Vybe at the Winter Music Conference this year were asking when this wonderful take of "Gloria" will see the light of the day. Gladly it was only a matter of weeks until this wonderful organic Latin interpretation featuring vocals by Stephanie Renee/Chris Dockins alongside percussion by Carlos Izaguirre and drums, keys and bass by Chris Forman/Damon Bennett got released. Don't miss this journey into masterly performed and orchestrated laidback latinesque house music.
Ralf GUM featuring Rachel Claudio "If no harm" (GoGo Music Records CD Promo)
"If no harm" is lifted from Ralf GUM's just released, highly acclaimed "Uniting Music" album (that got licensed to Japan and South Africa immediately) and features the unique and incomparable voice of Rachel Claudio over a smooth yet fierce backdrop that consists of stompin' beats, sweet percussion elements and lush synth stabs. The 'Spirit Dub' takes the track to a deeper level, stripping down the vocals to a few snippets while resistless chords and organ rides are added. The UK's The Jinks provide the remixes, adding their distinctive soul-funk oozing sound to the track, turning out sweet and laidback vocal and instrumental mixes, while on the dub they strengthen the funky vibes for a more intense vibe on the dance floor.

Previously only available to a selected few when fist presented by Feelin' Music on their "Miami 2008 Sampler", "Monday to sunday" by Deepbleu is now scheduled to be released soon. Featuring Bulgarian songstress Anika who provides a sweet and sexy vocal performance, "Monday to sunday" is a smooth jam perfect for summertime with its funk flavored groove that is enriched with lovely horns and warm melodic keys that altogether create a laidback feeling.

Mike Dunn presents MD X-Spress "The Congregation EP" (4th Floor Records CD Promo)
Chi-towns own Mike Dunn under his MD X-Spress guise presents the slammin' "The Congregation EP" on the re-launched 4th Floor Records. "This here is House Muzik" features a hot male spoken word over a stormin' groove on an old-school Chicago tip, with lush synths creating a relentless feeling. More spoken words can be found on "Na na na na" which relaxes the vibe for a smooth funk oozing groove and jazzy keys, with the dub being a stripped down, deep minimal affair. Lastly there is "The ER Track" that brings some serious feel good disco-house grooves to the dance floor.
M.A.R.S. "Remote area" (HEYA HIFI CD Promo)
M.A.R.S. is Matthias Adam Ram Scheid who hails from Austria and presents the deep, slightly techy "Remote area" that features wicked synths and percussion elements that together with the vocal chants and penetrating groove create a deep hypnotic vibe. Alf Tumble's remix uses an afro flavored groove and melodic chords to give the track a warmer feeling, while the Bangana remix stays on the deep and minimalistic side of things while adding some serious electronic synths to strengthen the techy vibe.
Lil Mo Yin Yang "Reach 2008" (Strictly Rhythm Records CD Promo)
In 1995, Erick 'More' Morillo and 'Little' Louie Vega unleashed "Reach" (which features vocal excerpts by India), a track that became a prime example of how a simple yet resistless track can demolish a dance floor. 13 years later, this deep and hypnotic, slightly dark track gets a new life with remixes courtesy of Mark Knight, TV Rock and Kenny Dope who all leave their mark on these new takes that take the track straight to the main room. For all the nostalgists (and those who missed it the first time round), the original is included as well.
