His sound reflects an eclectic and mature marriage of classic and contemporary elements of Chicago House, infused with jazz and soul undercurrent that have been with him since his early days."The S&S Sessions" highlights Andrew Emil's extensive work for S&S Records, including vocal mixes, dubs and instrumentals, many of which have never been released before (such as his remixes of "You're the one for me" by Christopher Williams & Carolyn Griffey & Steve 'Silk' Hurley & DJ Skip & Zonum, "Wouldn't you like to ride" by Malik Yusef featuring Kanye West, Common & JV and "He loves me 2" by Steve 'Silk' Hurley & CeCe Peniston).

The Neal Conway produced "At the end of the day" is a timeless slice of masterly orchestrated soul oozing with a classic 70's feel, with the beautiful flute by Tate Moore harmonizing perfectly with the eminent deep-rooted vocals. Next are equally brilliant 70's and contemporary soul/funk inspired down-tempo renditions, followed by a dazzling truly eclectic selection of up-tempo four-to-the-floor interpretations which keep the spirit of the original alive.
