Fabio Rochembach contributes a lively and truly inspiring funk soaked classic interpretation of the song guaranteed to jam-pack the floor, The Funklovers drop a masterly crafted soul/funk infused re-imagination the way only they can do, not to forget Sean Ali who is pulling out all the stops on his dazzling rendition, with the masterly orchestration together with Sheree Hick's unrivaled emotive vocals spreading a glamorous feel guaranteed to make you yearn for more. Over a decade ago - in 2004 to be precise - the LIFEbeat AIDS awareness benefit compilation "Keep hope alive" produced by the almighty Blaze featuring Underground Dance Artists United For Life (in short UDAUFL, a collective of the creme de la creme of artists) was released, now we can enjoy brand new remixes of one of the stand out songs from the project. To make it short, "Spread love" which features the unrivaled haunting vocals of legendary Byron Stingily was reworked by the mighty DJ Spen & Soulfuledge whose breathtaking old school flavored re-imagination takes this all-time classic to a whole new level - in other words, a soulful gem guaranteed to send shivers down your spine. Also included in the release are Kiko Navarro's splendid 'Keep on Dancing Mix' from 2005 and the original version.

A secret weapon here at Spirit of House since being included in Uno Mas superb "WMC 2014 Sampler" in Kamikaze's marvelous remix, "Afrika my lovely home" by up and rising DJ/producer Mzala Wa Afrika finally gets a well deserved proper release. The original is a timeless deep'n'smooth affair featuring sweet emotive vocals by Tee R alongside glorious keys and chords over gentle afro-deep rhythms. Enea DJ & Ju K serve a glamorous rendition fueled with lovely guitar licks, sublime chords, grand jazzy piano and captivating percussive rhythms, next Indy Soul deepens the vibe and gives the track a moody somewhat dark feel perfect for late night play. Back in 1994, 95 North (Doug Smith & Richard Payton) worked with Phillip Ramirez to record a marvelous cover of the classic Earth, Wind & Fire song "See the light" released on Choice Records (complete with remixes Smack Productions and DJ Disciple), then in 1998 Crash Records releases superb remixes by Dino & Terry. In November of last year, the first part of the '20th Anniversary Remixes' was released, with 95 North own Richard Payton on remix duty. Now the second part has arrived, featuring brand new remixes by Sean McCabe who graces us with a compelling truly soulicious remix laced with grand strings and killer organ, taking Phillip Ramirez unrivaled vocals to all new heights. Richard 'True2Life Pring reworks the song into a vibrant relentlessly thumpin' affair oozing with luscious melodies, with his raw'n'gritty dub intensifying the vibe to the max.
