Coming soon to BBE Music is "Saturday night special" by Jazzanova, the second single taken from the album "Strata Records - The Sound of Detroit - Reimagined by Jazzanova’. "Saturday night special" was originally recorded by The Lyman Woodard Organization back in 1975, now Jazzanova have reimagined this jazz-funk masterpiece and present their own truly ingenious take of the song. The cherry on top are the phenomenal remixes by Kai Alce who contributes a mind-blowing jazz/funk soaked soulful house extravaganza, and DJ Amir & Re.decay whose towering low-slung rework of the Jazzanova version is sheer musical bliss. The fabulous original version by The Lyman Woodard Organization is also included in the package.
