Exclusive Preview: VMC "To the rock" (DJ Spen Mixes)(Hustle Music Records CD Promo)

The next release on Hustle Music will be an incredible gospel house production featuring the Visial Music Choir (aka VMC) from Hackney in London. Their inspirational gospel song "To the rock" has been reworked by DJ Spen who turns the song into an uplifting, soulfully stomping four-to-the-floor anthem that features a funked-up groove and wonderful jazzy keys. His dub strippes most the vocals, letting a wonderful jazzy piano taking centre stage, while the funky bassline is leading the way. A future gospel house anthem.
 

Omar "It's so..." (Bob Sinclar Remix)(Peppermint Jam Records CD Promo)

UK soul legend Omar will return with a new longplayer by the end of this month. The first single from the album "It's so..." has been given the remix treatment by none other than Bob Sinclar who's droppjng one bomb after another in recent months. With these mixes, he raises the bar again as the afro-influenced tribal rhythm is absolutely unbeatable, with the added vocal chants and synth lines augmenting the irresistible feeling. With vocal, dub and acapella mixes included, this is guaranteed to take the dancefloors by storm.

Diversity featuring Muema "We can do it (in the mix)" (Mixtape Sessions Mixes)(WestEnd Records 12")

Originally released on Generate Music earlier this year, WestEnd present a lovely package of remixes courtesy of Adam Cruz who gets a little help from well known producers. The 'Mixtape Sessions Pretty Mix' features keys from Steal Vybe, being on a mellow and laidback tip, while the 'Mixtape Sessions Dirty Dub' features dirty beats and moody keys courtesy of Lars 'LB' Behrenroth that give it more of an underground feeling.ents and sounds for two completely separate tastes.
 

Glenn Underground "Prelude" / "Negro music" (Unified Records 12")

Glenn Crocker aka Glenn 'GU' Underground presents two splendid tracks which are performed completely by himself. "Prelude" is a laidback production with warm acoustics, great percussion and wonderful keys taking the limelight. The flip features "Negro music", a more deviant and funked-up groove that is topped with spoken words by GU and background vocal chants alongside a beautiful jazzy instrumentation.
 

Anthony Nicholson presents William Kurk "Free yo mind (you will find)" (Circular Motion Records 12")

Anthony Nicholson teams up with newcomer William Kurk for "Free yo mind (you will find)", a wonderful deep house production that is oozing spirituality. The almost ten minute odyssey features sweet percussion, warm jazzy keys, lovely flute and a soulful and seductive vocal performance by William Kurk.
 

AtJazz featuring Ernesto "Put it on" (Mantis Records CD Promo)

"Put it on" is the first single from Martin Iveson aka AtJazz's upcoming longplayer "Full circle", featuring swedish singer Ernesto who provides an emotional vocal performance. The original is a beautiful laidback production featuring marvellous keys and a wonderful saxophone by Dave O'Higgins over a mellow, broken-beat styled groove. Osunlade provides the remix, reworking the song for the dancefloors by adding subtle percussion and great synth lines over a smooth 4/4 groove to the song to create a spiritual interpretation.
 

Stacey Mallory "Fatuation" (4 Real Records CD Promo)

Stacey Mallory unleashes his latest bomb with "Fatuation", a track that feaures a beautiful jazzy piano and lovely strings over a deeply stormin' groove, giving it a laidback feeling that is perfect for late nite or after hours play. The 'Organ Mix' replaces the piano with a wicked organ ride, giving you a great alternate choice. Bonus beats are also included in the release.
 

Ronnie Ron "Altered  states" (CD-R)

After hitting strong with "The bagan dance", Ronald Overby akd DJ Ronnie Ron returns with "Altered states", a deeply thumpin' track that features smooth percussion alongside wicked keys and techy synth lines that give the track an irresistible underground feeling. Exclusive Preview: Jesse Outlaw featuring Paul Randolph "Yesterday is gone" (Audio Expression Records CD Promo)

It has been quiet around Audio Expression Records for some time, but they will be back soon with a big bang! Behind the uplifting "Yesterday is gone" is the exceptional producer and DJ Jesse Outlaw who teams up with singer Paul Randolph who provides an emotional vocal performance over a bubbling groove that is enriched with a funky bassline and serves as base for the jazzy keys and spaced-out synth lines.
 

Anthony Hamilton "Can't let you go" (FallOut Records 12")

The unrivaled duo of Darryl James and Fred McFarlane do it again and deliver a wonderful rendition for the soulful house heads of a beautiful r&b song. They stay true to the feeling of the original while reworking the song into a smooth yet deeply groovin' affair that features a great flute and magnificent keys that accompany Anthony Hamilton's passionate voice. Albert 'Sterling' Menendez graces us with another quality deep house production, this time featuirng the vocal talents of Delouie Avant who provides a passionate performance over a mellow and sweet backing groove that is enriched with warm melodic keys. Fanatix provide the remixes, spicing the groove up and adding quirky keys that give it a bit of a electro edge. The Fanatix dub takes the track deeper to the underground. For the third relase on their newly formd Tempogroove label, the Audiowhores have choosen fresh and upcoming production talents of UK duo Cookie Monsterz who present their "The way we see it EP". Kicking off is "Deep searchin'" that features the vocal talents of Shola Phillips, a feel-good track with a summery feeling thanks to a lovely guitar, warm keys and sexy vocals layered over a fiercely stormin' groove. Shola Phillips is also the vocalist on "Jus trippin'", a funked-up track featuring a wicked moog solo courtesy of Bah Samba's Julian Bendall alongside a lovely guitar.
