Groove Junkies & Andy Caldwell feat Alexander Sky "I believe in dreams" (MoreHouse Records CD Promo)
In 2004, Alexander Sky for the first time collaborated with the Groove Junkies. Now just in time for the festive season, tehy reunite, along with producer and DJ Andy Caldwell for "I believe in dreams". Alexander Sky delivers a passionate and emotional vocal performance on the song that comes in a variety of mixes to choose from. The 'AC vs GJ Original Mix' is an uplifting affair with melodic keys over a stormin groove, while Andy Caldwell's 'Deep Mix' is a deep and moody affair with electronic keys. The Groove Junkies twist the original version into a broken beat styled affair with a definite old-school touch on their '808 Alternate Mix', while their 'MoHo Mix' is funking things up with a wonderful jazzy saxophone included.

"The angry edit" is a percussion loaded track on a deep and moody tip, while "A song for Geli" gets a bit more electronic while keeping it deep and mellow.

Stevie Wonder "I love you" (DFA Remix)(FallOut Records 12")
Stevie Wonder is among the favored soul/r&b artists to be remixed, with many of the mixes never getting a public release. Gladly this reworking by Darryl James and Fred McFarlane made it to vinyl, as they rework "I love you" into an irresistible bumpin' four-to-the-floor track with a lovely guitar, beautiful jazzed-up keys and spheric synth that harmonise beautifully with Stevie Wonder's vocal.

The dub varies the keys to turn it into a peaktime favorite, while the 'PV Not Wasting Time Re-Touch' features wicked breakdowns and builds. Remixes will drop in early 2007.
Exclusive Review: Su Su Bobien "Set free" (Alex Dimitr's Re-Construction)(CD-R)
Alex Dimitri takes on Su Su Bobien's massive gospel house track "Set free" and delivers two outstanding remixes. The first one uses a simple, stompin' beats driven backing groove to let Su Su Bobien's lead vocals and the chorus create an uplifting vibe. The second mix adds an incredible organ ride by Dieghito that intensifies the uplifting vibe created by the vocals.
Kerri Chandler "The machine" (Vocal)(CD Promo)
The original (instrumental) version of "The machine" was released on "The June 23 EP" on Max Trax earlier this year. "The machine" is Kerri Chandlers idea of the mass media's control over what they want us to believe vs what we feel is true. Listen to the lyrics and you'll get the idea. Musicwise, "The machine" is one of those irresistible deep house tracks Kerri Chandler is famous for.
