Soweto born producer DJ Fale is about to release his brilliant new studio album "Soweto Deluxe Vol. 1" through Hood Natives Productions in the coming weeks. From beginning to the end, the album lets you explore DJ Fale's unique and fresh deep house/afro-tribal inspired sound - in a nutshell, "Soweto Deluxe Vol. 1" is a truly delightful and eclectic journey through soulful South African house music. With an illustrious list of guest artists such as Thantaswa, Vucky J, Ameshai, Bellicose Sgubhu, Khwela, Free and Bophelo featured, there are plenty of vocal gems to be discovered. In other words, "Soweto Deluxe Vol. 1" is sheer musical bliss. By no means to be missed.

Tony Records continue to amaze us with their latest offering by Italian producer Peppe Citarella and up and rising Italian singer Walter Ricci, a cover version of Stevie Wonder's 1973 wonderful song "Golden lady" (taken from the album "Innervisions"). To cut a long story short, this contemporary take of this timeless classic is a phenomenal slice of soulful house guaranteed to make you yearn for more thanks to the inimitable soaring vocals and scats of Walter Ricci, luxurious keys and a gentle yet infectious funk soaked backdrop. The package comes complete with a marvelous soulful latin-jazz infused remix by Duce Martinez and a deeper truly mesmerizing dub by Emanuele Esposito.

The old school inspired "Le con" is produced and arranged by label head Deep Elementz and combines the sensual spoken word poetry courtesy of up-and-rising French artist Ixi Isis with delectable synth melodies and deeper than deep utterly thrilling rhythms paying homage to the Reese and Antonio 1987 all-time house classic "The sound" (which in 1988 was taken to stardom when Todd Terry sampled it on "Back to the beat").
