Pick of the Week: Fred Everything featuring Stereo MC's "Soul love" (Remixes) (Lazy Days Recordings Promo)
- Details
- Written by: Mike Fossati
Back in April of this year, we were celebrating "Soul love" by Fred Everything, an ingenious slice of dance floor goodness featuring the unmatched spoken words and vocals of Rob Birch (of Stereo MC's fame). Now Lazy Days Recordings present a killer selection of remixes taking the track to all new heights: First up, the enigmatic Clive From Accounts reworks the track into an enticing deep house affair, next Fred Everything himself contributes the 'Lazy Vox' and 'Lazy Dub' mixes transforming the original into a straight-up 4/4 dance floor weapon, and the 'An Afterthought' mix oozing with a tempting deepened late night vibe. Completing the package are the original version, a radio edit and the unreleased instrumental and breathless versions.
